BILL 15.
An Act to amend the Export Act.
His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of
. the Senate und House of Commons of Cmads, eracts as
follows:-
1. The Export Act, chapter sixty-tures of the
Revised Statutes of Canada, 1927, is wanded by
inserting there in the following section immediately
after section seven thereof:-
*8. (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any
other statute or law or of any regulation made there-
under or of any bond, agreement or other instrument
relating there toxicating liquor now or creafter held
no
in bond or otherwise under the control of
officials of the Dominion Dovernent under
the provisions of the Excise Act, the Custome
Act or any other Statute of Canada, shall be
released or recoved for purposes of export
from any bonding #arehouse, iisviller,,
brewery or other building or ince in which
such liquor is stored in any case in which
Buch liquor is destined for delivery in any
country into which the importation of such
liquor is prohibited by law;
(b) it shall be unlawful to grant a clearance to
any vessel having or board any intoxicating
liquor lestined for delivery in any country
into which the importation of such liquor is
prohibited by jaw.
